Guys even In moments where It’ clear to you- i might not get it right away. Im still learning, but i do my best to catch it live in order for our conversations to be productive and also show women who maybe arent familiar with these ideas, how they may present. The more you leave nasty comments the more women find reason to believe YOURE unreasonable.

Insight comes in layers. It’s not easy for most people, especially when men communicate differently to women. When questions are prompt- It’ hard to take it as a new pathway when we are finishing a final thought while Simoultaneously not oversharing my partners info. I hope you can understand that.

It’s not always as obvious as you might see it. I am always up for conversations and i dont mind using myself as an example, however, this is not my first rodeo in trying to understand what behaviors manifest from. Its multifaceted. There’ a difference between being combative vs being concientious in treading conciously. I have nothing to protect nothing to hide ans nothing to prove- but out of respect I HAVE to be careful.

This deals with dynamics In my own personal relationships- and I have to omit Information out of respect for the other party.

To be honest- I think we did It well. Find another video like this before being close minded. I dod not have to talk about myself, I chose to do that. Don’ make me regret it lol

FIRST: INTERNATIONAL INDEX FUND.
Now, here’s the thing – when it comes to index funds in GENERAL…I like them because of their SIMPLICITY. Instead of going and trying to pick the best stocks and then anxiously waiting for them to go up in value…index fund investing is a MUCH more passive approach.

This is an index fund that covers the stock market OUTSIDE of the United States. The advantage here is that, as other countries grow and develop, their stock prices increase – and your investments do better. Throughout history, there have been multiple times where international funds OUTPERFORMED the United States, like throughout most of the 1980’s and 2000’s…and that’s worth taking into consideration.

That’s why I’ve allocated about 20% of my entire stock market portfolio to an International Stock Market Index Fund, because – most likely – the US stock market won’t always be in the lead, and it’s important to diversify your position as much as possible if we’re talking about an investment that you’re planning to buy once, and then hold on to for the next 20-60 years.

SECOND: THE SP500
This is a collection of the Top 500 LARGEST publicly traded companies here in the United States, and contains everything from Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Tesla…all the way to Boeing, Lowes, Kroger, and so on.

When it comes to stock picking, it was found that 92% of investors UNDERPERFORM the SP500 over a 15 year period…which means, chances are, statistically…you will make LESS MONEY investing on your own, than simply just throwing your money in the SP500 and forgetting about it.

THIRD: THE TOTAL STOCK MARKET INDEX FUND
When it comes to the stock market…there’s a LOT more to it than just the SP500 and International stocks. So, this total stock market index basically just fills the gaps between whatever else you miss…AND, it gives you more exposure to smaller companies that may very well have a higher return.

FOURTH: REAL ETATE INVESTING
-First, everyone needs a place to live.
-Second, a bank will lend you most of the money you need to buy a house – as long as you can come up with a 10-20% down payment.
-Third, since you have complete control over the house – you can make strategic renovations to the property that would increase it’s value, or increase the amount you can charge for rent.
-Fourth, the house could serve multiple purposes…so, either you can live in it as a cheaper alternative to renting…or, you can rent it out to someone else for an immediate return on your money.
-Fifth, I see real estate as a MASSIVE HEDGE against inflation long term.
-Sixth, there can be significant tax savings.

That’s why I’ve sunk SO MUCH MONEY into real estate over this last decade, and why it continues to be my biggest investment throughout everything I’ve done.

FIFTH: BITCOIN.
Here’s the thing…historically, Bitcoin is still unproven. We don’t have 100 years of data to back it up, we have no precedent for this to follow, and we have NO IDEA how this is going to play out in the future…but, in the short term – the stats ARE impressive. Bitcoin was the best performing asset of the DECADE, returning more than 10 TIMES more than the stock market.

For myself, I currently hold 2.5% of my entire portfolio in Cryptocurrency, and I’m expecting to bump that up to 5% by the end of the year…and then, I’m holding on to it for the rest of my life. There’s certainly a chance it drops 90%, and there’s certainly a chance it 10x’s again…but, given its relative “newness” compared to everything else I’ve mentioned, my thought was: it’s worth it to take a shot, hold it as a separate hedge against everything – and just see what happens.
